Drop Off / Pick Up
1. Parents/caregivers may drop off campers no more than 5 minutes before class.
2. Please pick up your child promptly at the end of class; see Late Pick-up Fees below.
3. Creava Arts is not licensed for nor do we provide daycare or supervision before or after camps.
Campers take a 15-minute supervised snack break halfway through each camp. Creava Arts will provide snacks and a drink. Please notify us three weeks in advance if your child has a special dietary issue. Note that Creava Arts is NOT a peanut-free facility.
Campers participating in a full day of camp take a one-hour supervised lunch break. Campers in the morning session may stay through the lunch hour, and those in the afternoon session may arrive at noon to eat lunch here. All campers who opt for lunch here are required to bring their own sack lunch. Do not drop off a lunch from a fast food restaurant as this is considered unfair to the other campers.
1. There will be a $15 administrative fee charged for all changes, transfers or cancellations.
2. Campers who withdraw 15 or more days prior to the camp start date will receive a 100% refund, minus the administrative fee per camp.
3. A 50% refund, minus the administrative fee, is given if you withdraw your child from a camp less than 14 days before class starts and we cannot fill your space.
4. No refunds or credits will be given for missed camp classes or withdrawals after the camp week has begun.
Campers may transfer from one camp to another up to 14 days prior to the camp start date with a $15 administrative fee per camp. In the case of illness (physician’s note required), campers may transfer camps until the first day of camp, subject to availability, with a $15 administrative fee per class. No refunds will be issued after the start of the camp for any reason.
In the event Creava Arts must cancel a camp due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be issued. If a camp is cancelled, Creava Arts will notify parents five business days before the camp is scheduled to start. Creava Arts reserves the right to cancel camps that do not meet the enrollment minimum of four campers.
Dress For Mess
Summer Arts & Clay Camps use high-quality arts materials for all projects. As some pigments and clays may stain, please dress your children in appropriate clothing. Creava Arts is not responsible for clothing that is damaged in art or clay classes.
Art Project Pick-up
Instructors will provide specific pick-up information. Please pick up children’s projects on time, typically no more than three weeks after camp ends. We strongly recommend that you bring your child with you to help identify their projects. All unclaimed items will become the property of Creava Arts if not picked up by September 1.
Late Pick-up Fees
Parents or caregivers should drop off and pick up their children at the front door of Creava Arts. Please do not drop off your child more than 5 minutes before camp time. At the end of camp time, please pick up your child promptly. A $1 per minute late fee per child will be charged to parents when campers are not picked up on time, as we simply do not have facilities or staff to properly supervise children who are not in class. Late pick-up fees are due at pick up and must be paid by check or cash.
